Procedure: continuation of parliament; asking of instruments
The lords continue this parliament with all summonses, actions, causes and other matters belonging thereto until 9 June next to be held at Edinburgh, and ordain all the estates of parliament and all others, our sovereign lord's lieges, to await thereon under the pains contained in the act of parliament of this realm. Upon the fencing of the which parliament and continuation of the same and whole premises above-written, Sir Thomas Hamilton of Binning, knight, advocate to our sovereign lord and for his majesty's interest, asked instruments.
