Act in favour of the skinners
Our sovereign lord and whole estates of this present parliament ratify and approve the act of parliament made in his highness's last parliament held at Edinburgh upon 21 July in the year of God 1593 in favour of skinners and free craftsmen of that occupation regarding the transporters of calf skins, kid skins, heifers and schurlings,2 ordaining the same to have full execution in all times hereafter.
