Against prejudice to the queen's majesty in this present parliament

Our sovereign lord, with advice of his estates in this present parliament, declares, statutes and ordains that no act made in this present parliament shall be in any way prejudicial or hurtful to his highness's dearest spouse, our sovereign lady, regarding any of her rights and titles of the earldom of Fife, lordship of Linlithgow or whatsoever other lands pertaining to her majesty within this realm, and decrees and ordains all rights, titles and infeftments made and given to her by virtue and for fulfilling of the contract of marriage between our sovereign lord and her majesty to be specially excepted. Likewise his majesty, with advice foresaid, excepts the same from of all acts and constitutions presently made by him and his estates in this parliament, and in no way to be hurt or prejudiced by the same, as if the same had never been made.
