Ratifications in this parliament to be salvo jure cujuslibet
Our sovereign lord and estates of this present parliament statute and ordain and declare that no ratifications granted in favour of particular parties in this present parliament shall be hurtful or prejudicial to any of the lieges of the realm not heard nor called specially thereto, but all the ratifications shall be understood and interpreted saving the right of anyone.
