For provision of common kirks

Our sovereign lord and his estates in this present parliament decree and declare all common kirks to be of the same nature of other parsonages and vicarages, and ordain the same common kirks to be conferred by presentation of the lawful patrons and sufficient collation to ministers serving thereat, seeing they are benefices of cure.
