Ratification to Alexander Home of North Berwick

2Our sovereign lord and his estates of parliament ratify and approve the infeftments made by our said sovereign lord to his beloved Alexander Home of North Berwick, his heirs and assignees therein specified, of the barony of North Berwick, lands, mills, fishings, houses, yards, mansions, feu ferms, tenants, tenancies and service of free tenants of the same, advocation, donation and right of patronage of the parsonage and vicarage of the parish kirk of North Berwick therein contained: the one thereof made by our said sovereign lord after his perfect age of 21 years, the other after his perfect age of 25 years complete, both containing liberty of free barony, as the same at more length purport; which infeftments our said sovereign lord and his estates of this present parliament, decree and ordain to stand in full force, strength and effect, and in no way to be comprehended under any of his highness's revocations, either in general or in special, from the which and every one of them, our said sovereign lord and his said estates have declared and declares the said infeftments to be excepted.
