That compensation de liquido ad liquidum be admitted in all judgments
2Our sovereign lord and estates of parliament statutes and ordains that any debt de liquido ad liquidum instantly verified by writing or oath of the party before the giving of decreet be admitted by all judges within this realm by way of exception, but not after the giving thereof in the suspension or in reduction of the same decreet.
