That the ratifications passed in this present parliament shall not prejudice parties' rights
2The king's majesty and estates of this present parliament decree and declare that the ratification of any particular rights, infeftments, tacks, pensions or other writs and evidents granted to whatsoever persons in this present parliament shall in no way prejudice, hurt nor derogate the particular rights of other parts, notwithstanding they be neither ratified nor confirmed at this time by his highness and his said estates.
