Declaration
The king's majesty's declaration concerning [George Gordon], earl of Huntly

2The which day, our sovereign lord declared and protested that notwithstanding the act passed this day concerning the furtherance of justice in criminal judgement over all the realm, yet his highness might and would do toward the commission of justiciary within the bounds of the north parts of this realm whereof George, earl of Huntly, lord Gordon and Badenoch is presently lieutenant as his majesty should think expedient.
