Procedure: continuation of parliament; asking of instruments
The which day the said lords commissioners of parliament above-written, yet as of before, declare this present parliament to run, with all actions of summons of treason, summons of reduction and other causes whatsoever depending thereupon, with all others concerning the king's majesty's affairs and treatment thereof, concerning the welfare of his highness's realm and lieges, until the same be dissolved specially by his highness's estates of this realm or commissioners aforesaid. Upon the which proceedings the said Master David MacGill [of Nisbet and Cranstoun-Riddel], advocate to his highness, asked instruments.
