Moreover, our said sovereign lord, with advice of the three estates aforesaid, now after his general revocation, has found and declared and, by the tenor of this present act of parliament, finds and declares that the said infeftment is made for the augmentation of his old rental of the said lands and others particularly above-specified, and, therefore, that his highness and patrimony is in no way hurt but profited thereby, decreeing and ordaining for his highness and his successors that the said infeftment is, and shall be, to the said Andrew, his heirs and successors aforesaid of as great strength, force and effect as if the same had been made to him at the beginning, with consent of the said three estates, with cognition in the cause, and therefore declares that the same comes not nor in any time hereafter shall be comprehended under his highness's general revocation.
