Ratification of the act concerning prescription in causes of plunder and ejections

2Our sovereign lord, with advice of his three estates in this present parliament, ratifies and approves the act made in his highness's parliament held and begun at Edinburgh on 20 October 1579 concerning prescription in causes of plunder and ejections, and ordains the same to have effect and execution in time coming after the form and tenor thereof.
