Procedure: continuation of parliament

The which day [James Stewart, earl of Moray], my lord regent's grace, and lords commissioners of parliament above-written continue this present parliament, with all actions and causes depending, or that shall be pursued, by the king's grace, his regent, justice and advocates against whatsoever person or persons, for whatsoever cause, in the same form, force and effect as it is now, without prejudice of party, to 16 August 1568; the which day, the king's grace, his dearest regent and estates aforesaid will proceed and do further justice in the said causes, and likewise concerning the treating of other affairs of the realm as is appropriate.
