The lords ordain the noblemen, barons and burgesses to convene tomorrow in the morning in the Laigh council-house of Edinburgh and so often thereafter as they shall think suitable, and to reason, treat and confer upon the expedience of his majesty's proposition regarding the matter of the wool, and upon the inconveniences that may follow thereupon to the hurt and prejudice of this country, and to propose and lay down grounds both for and against the purpose foresaid, and to report their opinions relating thereto upon Thursday next.
