The lords commissioners aforesaid of parliament continue this present parliament and all summonses, actions, causes, supplications, petitions and articles whatsoever to be treated therein to 23 July next, to be held at Edinburgh, where the said lords commissioners ordain the whole estates of parliament to attend and await under the pains contained in the acts of parliament; and ordain publication to be made of this present continuation at the market cross of Edinburgh. Upon the which fencing and continuing of this present parliament, Sir William Oliphant of Newton, knight, advocate to our sovereign lord, in his highness's name, asked instruments.
