The which day Thomas Fisher, bailie of Edinburgh and one of the commissioners of parliament, asked instruments that the whole commissioners of burghs present in this present parliament, all in one voice, dissented from the foresaid act and specially that part thereof regarding the escheating of the contraveners of the said act of their whole goods and gear.
