Our sovereign lord and estates of this present parliament ratify, approve and for his highness and his successors perpetually confirm the act of the provincial assembly of Fife made in the month of March last, ratified thereafter by the general assembly convened lately in Edinburgh, regarding the transporting of the parish kirk of Burntisland and building of a new kirk in the place where the same stands presently built and erected in all the heads, points, articles and clauses thereof, and ordain the same to stand in full strength, force and effect in time coming.
