†Our sovereign lord, with advice and consent of his highness's estates and whole body of this present parliament, ratifies, approves and perpetually confirms the charter of feu ferm made and granted by the late Master Roger Gordon, dean of Dunblane, to George Drummond of Balloch and the late Margaret Drummond, his spouse, and to the heirs procreated between them, which failing to the heirs and assignees of the said George whatsoever, of all and whole the feu ferms of the lands of Kercandoche, alias Keirblane, now commonly called the Dean's Keir, with the pertinents, lying within the stewartry of Strathearn and sheriffdom of Perth, with the precept and instrument of sasine following thereupon, together with our sovereign lord's charter and precept of confirmation, confirming the said charter of feu ferm with all and whatsoever dispositions, infeftments and alienations made by the said George Drummond of Balloch to John, earl of Montrose, lord Graham, or to any of his bairns, of the said feu lands in all the points, heads, articles, clauses and conditions thereof.
