Oure soverane lord and estaittis of parliament ratiefies and apprevis the chartour and infeftment grantit be his majestye to his hienes trustie counsellour David, lord of Scone and to his airis maill and off tailyee specifit thairintill, off all and haill the landis and baronie of Drumduff, comprehending thairintill the particular landis, kirkes, teindis, offices and superiorities at lenth specifit and conteanit in the said infeftment, all unite and annexit in ane haill and frie baronie callit the baronie of Drumduff, to be haldin of his majestie in maner and forme mentionat in the said infeftment, as the samene infeftment of the date at Quhyithall, the tuentie nynt day off Apryill, the yeir of God jM vjC and tuelff yeiris, at mair lenthe beiris, in the haill heiddis, articles, clauses and conditiounes thairin contenit; and willis and grantis that this present ratificatioune salbe als valide and effectuall to the said David, lord of Scone and his foirsaidis as giff the said infeftment de verbo ad verbum wer insert heirintill.
