2. Section of a manuscript has been inserted between NAS, PA2/19, f.1v and f.2r containing an extract from a ratification in favour of the Lord Spynie (1621). Text reads '...ctwithstanding of the act of parliament from whilk his majestie and estaitts hes exceptit and exceptis this said infeftment be his majestie to the said Alexander, now lord of Spynie, of the kirkis and benefices abovespecifiet'.
