Oure soverane lord and estaittis of this present parliament, haveing sene and considerit the infeftment maid be the abbot of Kilwynning for the tyme and thaireftir confermit be his majestie, and alsua of new disponit be his hienes with the clause de novo damus eftir his hienes perfyte age of tuentie ane yearis compleit, to his majesteis lowit Gavin Hammyltoun of Raploch, his airis and assignais, of all and haill ane yeirlie annualrent of fewferme deutie of sextene bollis meill, four bollis beir, nynescoir auchtene stanis cheis and sevin stirkis to be payit yearlie be the possessouris and fewaris of the landis of Auchintiber Over and Airthmaid, with the pertinentis, lyand within the abbacie of Kylwynning, baillerie of Cunninghame and schirefdome of Air, quhilk infeftment is authorizit be interloquutour and decreit of triple poinding gevin be the lordis of counsaill and sessioun in favoris of the said Gavin Hammyltoun aganis umquhile Alexander, commendatar of Kilwynning, of the date the threttene day of August, the yeir of God jM vC fourscoir aucht yeiris, and is ratefeit and approvin be his hienes and staitte in his majesteis parliament haldin at Edinburgh, the fyft day of Junii, the yeir of God jM vC fourscoir tuelf yeiris; thairfoir his hienes and estaittis foirsaidis hes ratefeit, apprevin and perpetualie confermit and be thir presentis ratifeis, appreves and perpetualie confermis to the said Gavin Hammyltoun of Roploch, his airis and assignais, all and sindrie his former infeftmentis of the foirsaid fewferme duetie maid to him be the abbottis of Kilwynning for the tyme and all confirmationis and utheris dispositionis past be his hienes thairupoun, togidder with the decreittis of the lordis of counsaill and sessioun and ratificationis of his hienes and three estaittis in parliament proceding thairupoun and all utheris wryttis and securiteis maid to the said Gavin of the said annualrent and few duetie at ony tyme bigane, and willis and grantis and, for his hienes and his successouris, with advyse foirsaid, decernis and ordinis that the infeftmentis and utheris securiteis abone specefeit of the said yearlie fewferme duetie maid to the said Gavin Hammyltoun, his airis and assignais, shall be in all tyme cumming gude, valide and effectuall to theme for bruiking and possessing heretablie of the said few ferme deutie as gif the saidis infeftmentis wer past be his hienes and three estaittis in parliament, salvo jure cuiuslibet.
