†Oure soverane lord and estaittis of this present parliament, for the gude service done to his majestie be Andro, lord Stewart of Uchiltrie and his predecessouris, hes ratefeit and approvin and, be the tennour heirof, ratefeis and apprevis ane infeftment grantit be his majestie of the kirklandis of Uchiltrie, callit the Vicaris Holme of Uchiltrie, with the advocatioun, donatioun and richt of patronage of the personage and vicarage of Uchiltrie of the date, the xxj† day of Marche jM sex hundreth and ane yeiris, in all and sindrie heidis, clauses and conditiones thairof, sua that the said infeftment contenand the saidis landis and richt of patronage may be ane valide and sufficient richt to the said Andro, lord Stewart of Uchiltrie, his airis and successouris mentionat thairintill, nochtwithstanding quhatsumevir act and statute of parliament maid in this present parliament or of befoir, quhilk oure said soverane lord and estaittis foirsaidis declairis nawayes to be hurtfull nor prejudiciall to the said infeftment and richt of patronage thairin contenit, bot the samin sall stand valide and sufficient richtis to the said lord, his airis and successouris abonespecefeit in all tyme cummyng; and to be also sufficient as gif the said chartour had bene word be word ingrossit heirintill.
