Oure soverane lord, with advyse of the estaittis of this present, parliament ratefeis, apprevis and confermis the libertie of the trew and haly kirk and religioun presentlie proffest within this realme and establissit be the lawes of the samyn, and all actis, constitutionis and immuniteis maid and grantit to the samyn, alsweill in his hienes minoritie as sen his perfyte age, and ordinis the samin to be put to executioun in all pointis aganis all persones quhatsumevir in all tyme cumming.
