Oure soverane lord, with avise and consent of the estaitis of this present perliament, ratifies, apprevis and perpetuallie confirmis the infeftment and dispositioun maid be his hienes efter his majesties perfite aige of xxj yeiris and generall revocatioun maid in perliament to Johnne Hay of Lochloy, his aris maill and of tallie and assignais quhatsumevir off toun and landis of Lochloy, with the mylnis of the same, off the landis of Perk, with the outsettis and pendicles thairof callit Knokowdie, Newtoun and Hunterbrig, the landis of Inscheoche, with the mansioun, ture and fortalice, orcheardis, yardis, houses and biggingis, with the outsettis and pendicles of the same callit the Heid Paddok Furd, Milnehill, Mortoun, Kilhill and Loneheid, the landis of Knoknagilyie, Urchnie and Lurmoir, with the fischingis of the saidis landis of Lochloy and Inschoik, alsweill of salmond as of uther fische in fresche watterris and salt, with the forrest of Lochloy, togidder with all uther woddis, perkis, pairtis and pendicles, off all and sindre the foirsaidis landis and pertinentis of the same usit and wont; all and sindre the toun and landis of Kinnowdie, with the croft of the same callit the Ailhous croft, with the pertis and pendicles liand within the schirefdome of Narne; and als all and haill the landis of Grony and Fingask, with the croftis of the same and partis and pendicles thairof liand in the baronie of Aird, lordschip of Lovet and schirefdome of Invernes disponit in warrandice of the saidis landis of Kinnwdie and Ailhous croft, with the pertis and pendicles, as in the said infeftment under his hienes greit seill off the dait the tuentie day of Februar jM vC lxxxviij yeris at mer lenth is contenit; and decernis and declaris the same infeftment, precept and instrument of sasing following thairupoun to have full effect and strenth in all tyme cuming, and the samyn to be ane perpetuall richt to the said Johnne and his aris foirsaidis to bruik the saidis landis according to the tennour thairof.
