Oure soverane lord, the estaitis and haill bodie of this present perliament ratifies and apprevis and for thame and thair successouris perpetuallie confirmis the infeftment, viz: chartour, new gift and dispositioun thairin contenit, precept of sasing, with the instrument of sasing following thairupoun, maid and grantit be oure said soverane lord in the yeir of God jM vC fourscoir tuell yeris efter his grace perfite aige, generall and speciall revocationis to his weilbelovit and familiare counsellour David Seytoun of Parbroth, his hienes comptroller, and to the aris maill lauchfullie gottin or to be gottin of his bodie, quhilkis falyeing, to his narrest and lauchtfull aris maill quhatsumevir berand the armes and surname of Seytoun, off all and haill the landis and baronie of Parbroth, annexis and connexis thairof, haill landis, mylnis, towris, fortalices, maner places and utheris quhatsumevir at mair lenth specifiit and contenit in the samyn infeftment, in all pointis, heidis, articles, clauses, conditionis, provisionis, circumstances, privilegeis and liberties quhatsumever thairin mentionat; and willis and declaris that this generall ratificatioun and approbatioun of the foirnamit infeftment, viz: chartour, precept and instrument of sasing following thairupoun is and salbe in all tymes cuming off als greit force, strenth and effect to the said David Seytoun of Parbroth and his aris maill abonewrittin as gif the foirsaid haill infeftment, viz: chartour, precept and instrument of sasing haid bene at lenth word be word ingrossit and insert heirin.
