Oure soverane lord, with avise of his estaitis in this present perliament, declaris, statutis and ordanis that na act maid in this present parliament salbe onywayis prejudiciall or hurtfull to his hienes darrest spous, oure soverane lady, anent ony hir richtis and titles of the erledome of Fyff, lordschip of Linlithgow or quhatsumevir uther landis pertening to hir majestie within this realme; and decernis and ordanis all richtis, titillis and infeftmentis maid and gevin to hir be vertew and for fulfilling of the contract of marage betuix oure soverane lord and hir majestie be speciallie exceptit. Lyk as his majestie, with avise foirsaid, exceptis the same furth of all actis and constitutionis presentlie maid be him and his estaitis in this parliament, and nawyis to be hurt or prejugeit be the samyn, lyk as the samyn had nevir bene maid.
