Forsamekle as the personage and vicarage of Kirklistoun, quhilk ofbefoir wes ane pairt of the patrimonie of the bischoiprik of Sanctandrois, wes dissolvit fra the said bischoiprik and the samyn as a severall benefice ordanit to be conferrit in all tyme cuming to the minister quhatsumevir that salhappin to serve the cure at the paroche kirk thairof, and that Maister James Law, present minister at the said kirk, according to the said dissolutioun, hes obtenit of his majestie ane gift and presentatioun of the saidis personage and vicarage and collatioun of the samyn be the presbiterie of Linlithgw and is in possessioun thairof, thairfoir his majestie, with avise of his estaitis in this present parliament, hes ratifiit and apprevit and be the tennour heirof ratifies, apprevis and affermis the said dissolutioun of the personages and vicaragis foirsaidis with the said gift and provisioun maid to the said Maister James thairupoun in all pointis efter the forme and tennour thairof, to remane gude, valide, effectuall and sufficient now and in all tyme cuming to him and his successores salvo jure cujuslibet.
