Parliamentum excellentissimi principis Jacobi sexti regis Scotorum tentum et inchoatum apud Edinburgh tertio die mensis Aprilis anno Domini millesimo quingentesimo nonagesimo tertio, per dominos commissarios parliamenti subscriptos, viz Wilhelmum comitem de Mortoun dominum Dalkeith, dominum Thomam Lyoun de Auldbar thesaurarium, dominum Robertum Melvill de Murdocarne militem thesaurarium deputatum, Valterum commendatarium de Blantyre, Eduardum commendatarium de Kinloss, Robertum Douglas prepositum de Lincluden, per commissionem supremi domini nostri regis specialiter constitutos, de data primo die mensis Aprilis anno Domini millesimo quingentesimo nonagesimo [...], una cum Thoma Scott deputato mariscalli, Wilhelmo Henrysoun deputato constabularii, et Roberto Fraser nuntio, deputato vicecomitis de Edinburgh, et Oliuero Sincler adiudicatore.
