†Oure soverane lord, with advise of the thrie estaitis of this present parliament, ratefeis, apprevis and, for his hienes and his successouris, perpetuallie confermis the gift of the yeirlie pensioun of sex hundreth pundis yeirlie to be upliftit furth of the third of the archiebischoprik of Sanctandrois, gevin and grantit to Robert Stewart, brother germane to James, erll of Arrane, lait chancellair, with the dispositioun and translatioun thairof to the said Patrik, archiebischop thairof, swa that the said Patrik may peceablie bruik, joise and possess the said pensioun in all tyme cuming, but inpediment, nochtwithstanding quhatsumevir revocatioun maid, or to be maid, be our said soverane lord of the samyn in all tyme bipast, with the quhilkis his hienes and thrie estaitis dispensis be thir presentis inrespect of the greit sowmes of money payit and debursit be the said Patrik, bischop of Sanctandrois thairfoir.
