The quhilk day, George erle of Huntlie declarit in presens of the kingis majestie and lordis of articles that he had, at the kingis majesteis command, tane James Arbuthnot of Lyntusk, quhome he had presentlie within this burgh of Edinburgh, reddie to be exhibit in presens of his grace and thrie estaitis presentlie convenit, and thairupoun askit instrumentis.
