Oure soverane lord, with avise of the thrie estatis of this present parliament, hes ratefeit and confermit and, be the tennour heirof, ratefeis, apprevis and confermis the infeftment and charter maid be umquhile James Mosman, goldsmyt, burges of Edinburgh, to Jonet King, dochter to Alexander King, advocatt, burges of the said burght, his spous, of all and haill the aucht oxin gang of land of the landis of Wray, with the pertinentis, liand in the lordship of Lynlithgow and schirefdome of the samyn, in lyfrent, for all the dayis of hir lyftyme, of the dait at Lynlithgow, the xx day of Februar the yeir of God jM vC lxx yeris, with confirmatioun grantit be our said soverane lord upoun the said umquhill James Mosmannis chartour and new gift and dispositioun contenit thairintill of the dait the xxiiij day of Junii, the yeir of God jM vC lxxxj yeris lastbypast, with the instrument of sesing past thairupoun, conforme to the tennour and effect thairof in all pointis, and of new grantis and disponis the foirsaidis landis to the said Jonet, to be brukit and joisit be hir induring hir lyftyme with all richt that our said soverane lord hes or may have thairto, and decernis and declaris the same to be sufficient to hir for bruking of the saidis landis during the space foirsaid, efter the forme and tennour of the said infeftment, confirmatioun and new dispositioun grantit to hir thairof in all pointis, and ordinis lettres to be directit heirupoun in forme as effeiris.
