Oure soverane lord, with advise and consent of the thrie estaitis of this present parliament, and upoun wechtie and gude considerationis tending to the establesheing of peace and quietnes and universall obedience of his hienes authoritie within this realme, hes gevin and grantit and, be the tennoure heirof, gevis and grantis to Margret Quheitlaw, Issobell Quheitlaw and Marioun Quheitlaw, lauchfull dochteris and appeirand airis to umquhile Patrik Quheitlaw of that Ilk, the like favour, grace and benefite of the pacificatioun maid and concludit at the burgh of Perth upoun the xxiij day of Februar, the yeir of God jM vC lxxij yeiris and ratifeit and apprevit in his hienes parliament haldin at Edinburgh in the moneth of Aprile thearefter in the yeir of God jM vC lxxiij yeiris, and willis the samin pacificatioun be als lairgelie and favorably extendit in the favour of the saidis Margret, Issobell and Marioun for the suretie of thame and thair lyvis, landis, honouris, possessionis and guidis pertening to tham or quhairunto they may, and aucht, to succeid as airis to thair said umquhile father, as gif he and they had bene speciallie nominat and comprehendit in the said pacificatioun, or as gif the haill articles and conditionis thairof wer heirin expreslie mentionat. And for the better securitie, oure said soverane lord, with avise foirsaid, hes ratifeit and apprevit and, be the tennoure heirof, ratifeis and apprevis the foirsaid pacificatioun gevin and grantit to the saidis Margret, Issobell and Marioun in maner abonewrittin in all pointis, efter the forme and tennoure thairof, and declaris the same to have full effect and force in tyme cuming, providing always that the samin pacificatioun on nawise prejuge oure soverane lord and his hienes donatour of the saidis thrie dochteris waird and mariage, or of ony of thame, in the haill proffeittis and commoditeis or of ony part thairof, nor yit that the samyn extend towart the murtheris of oure soverane lordis umquhile dearest father and twa regentis.
