Anent blak fische, cutting of grene wod and slauchter of smoltis

Item, it is statute and ordanit be our soverane lord, be advise of my lord regent and thre estatis of this present parliament, that the actis of parliament maid be our soverane lordis predecessouris of befoir anent the slauchter of blak fische, smoltis and cutting of grene wod be put to executioun in all pointis; and that the panis be execute upon thame with all extremitie and with this additioun: that all jugeis ordinar, asweill in regalitie as royaltie, and sic utheris as sall pleis our soverane lord and my lord regent to gif power and commissioun to that effect, to tak up dittay of the personis, contravenaris of the saidis actis, and hauld twa courtis ilk yeir, that is to say, ane court at Pasche, and ane uther at Martinmes, for punischement to be maid in maner foirsaid (provyding alwayis that this present act be na wyse extendit to the slaying of the reid fische in the watter of Tweid); and quha beis convict of the said cryme sall pay the panis contenit in the said act, and als sall find cautioun to pay ane hundreth pundis als oft as he contravenis the saidis actis, to be applyit to our soverane lordis use.
