Procedure: preamble, regarding reissuing of statutes

Here follows certain acts and constitutions made by our sovereign lord King James V, with the advice of his three estates in diverse of his parliaments in his less-age, and now seen over again by the lords of his articles and found by them good and reasonable and, therefore, ordained by our said sovereign lord to be collected and ratified and approved by his highness and ordained to be inserted in the books of this present parliament to be given forth with the rest of his acts of parliament, and nonetheless the strength and effect of them to have been since their first constitution.
