On the which day Sir Patrick Hepburn of Waughton, summoned for certain treasonous actions as is more fully contained in a certain summons emanating at the instance of our supreme lord the king, the said lords commissioners continued this summons with all its dependencies, points and articles in the same form and effect which it is now, until 22 May next to come, with continuation of days, without prejudice of any of party. Alexander Livingston of Dunipace and Patrick Hepburn, son and heir apparent of the said Sir Patrick Hepburn of Waughton, have become cautioners together and separately that the said Sir Patrick Hepburn of Waughton will hold this continuation as fixed and acceptable, and that he shall come in the contrary under surety and obligation of all his goods, movable and immoveable, present and future.
