Procedure: preamble and sederunt

The court of parliament of the most excellent prince and lord, our lord James V, illustrious king of Scots, held at Edinburgh on 11 August 1533, by the lords commissioners written below, James [Haswell], abbot of Newbattle, Malcolm [Fleming], lord Fleming, James Foulis [of Colinton], clerk register, Master Richard Bothwell, [parson of Ashkirk], Nicholas Crawford [of Oxgangs], justice clerk, and James Lawson, provost of Edinburgh, along with Patrick Baron [of Spittalfield], deputy of [William Hay, earl of Erroll], constable, Andrew Dalmahoy, sergeant, and John Anderson, dempster.

Procedure: continuation of parliament

On the which day the present court of parliament was continued by the lords commissioners written above in the form and effect which it is now to 15 December next to come, with continuation of days.
