On the which day Alexander John Canochson, John MacLean of Lochbuie, John MacLeod of Lewis, Donald Gromych,† MacDonald Galloch of Dunskeig, John Murdoch of Eilean Tioram, captain of Clanranald, Alexander MacKain, Alastair of Glengarry, John MacKain, Albrycht of Cole,† Morphe MacFee of Colonsay, MacQuarrie, laird of Wlway,† Hector MacLean of Duart, Alexander MacLeod of Dunvegan, Donald MacAlister, Macranald Wan of Large, Ewan MacKimmie of Strathardle, often called by royal summons under testimony of the great seal directed above for responding personally to the said lord our king in the present parliament for certain treasonous actions contained in the said summons, and they not compearing, [the cause] was continued until 26 May next to come, with continuation of days, in the same form and effect as it now is, without prejudice of the parties.
