Compeared Henry [Stewart], lord Methven and alleged that he had Archibald [Douglas], earl of Angus under summons for certain sums of money owing to him and, therefore, protested that the process of forfeiture to be led against the said Archibald be of no hurt nor prejudice to him regarding the same, but so much of his lands be reserved in the said process to be apprised to him as shall extend to the value and quantity of the sums that he shall happen to obtain for the said debts.
