[Abstract:] On the which day the king in parliament, with the consent of the three estates, for the common profit and for augmentation of his rentals, etc., confirms the donations and grant given to James Dunbar of Tullyglennis concerning the lands of Easter Tarbat, with the fishing, in the earldom of Ross, sheriffdom of Inverness, as in a royal charter of 21 August 1526, notwithstanding any prior annexations, etc.

[Abstract:] On the which day the king in his parliament, with consent of the three estates, for the common profit, etc., confirms the grant and lease made to Joachim Hechscatter, Quentin de Lawitz, Gerald Sterk, Erasmus Schetis and Anthony Nibetus, and their heirs, of all the mines or diggings of gold, silver and other metals, as in their lease for the space of 43 years made at Edinburgh, 17 July 1526, and mandates confirmatory letters under the great seal.
