Quo die magistro Adam Ottirburn', advocato regio, et eo nomine, necnon Georgio Douglas', fratre germano nobilis et potentis domini Archibaldi, comitis Angusie, Jacobo Hamiltoun de Fynnart, milite, et Willelmo Menteith de West Kers', sepe vocatis per summonitionem regiam impetratam ad instanciam Johannis Striveling de Keir', militis, ad videndum et audiendum quoddam pretensum judicium forisfacture latum et deductum contra dictum Johannnem cassari et adnullari etc. propter certas racionabiles causas in dicta summonicione contenta, ut in eadem plenius continetur, prefati domini commissarii huiusmodi summonicionem cum omnibus inde secutis in forma et effectu quibus nunc est continuarunt usque ad decimum die mensis instantis Maii absque prejudicio partium.
