The proceedings of John Ellem of Butterdean and certain undernoted persons, etc.

On the which 4 October John Ellem of Butterdean and certain other persons contained in a letter of summons of our sovereign lord's noted below, which summons was read and the said John and persons with him [were] often called but did not compear, our said sovereign lord's commissioners of parliament present, in the name and authority of our sovereign lord, continued the same summons in all forms, force and effect until 7 October.
