The lords decree and deliver that James of Douglas shall withdraw from and clear the lands of Achinsow for Alexander Macmath and that he shall have no part in or interference therewith in time to come unless he obtains tack and set thereof, and that letters are to be written to the sheriff of Dumfries charging him to withdraw from and clear the said lands immediately for the said Alexander, and to keep them empty and cleared just as the said sheriff is bound by his obligation.
