In the actioune and cause persewit be Andro Strathe[n]ry', on the ta part, again George, erle of Rothes, Henry Strathe[n]ry, Johne Brovne and William Ratur, on the tother part, for the wrangwise occupacioune of the landis of the westir part of Strathe[n]ry clamyt be the said Andro to pertene to him be resoune of tak of William of Strathe[n]ry of that Ilk as was allegit, the said persones beand lauchefully and perempturly summond and oft tymes callit and nocht compert, the evidentis, richtis, resones and allegaciouns of the said Andro sene, herde and understandin, the lordis auditouris decretis and delivers that the saidis George, erle of Rothes, Henry Strathe[n]ry', Johne Brovne and Will Ratur sall in continent devoide and red the said landis to the said Andro, to be broukit and joysit be him efter the forme of the endenture and tak made betuix him and William of Strathe[n]ry of that Ilk thareuppoune, and ordanis our souverain lordis lettres to be direct for the execucioun hereof.

Before the lordis comperit Robert Inglis of the Lochend' on the and protestit that because Johne of Skougale of that Ilk gert summond him and comperit nocht to folow him, that tharefore the said Johne sall nocht be herd again him in jugement quhil he be pait of his costis and expensis and quhil he be new summond.

Anent the actioune and cause persewit be Alexander Irwin of Stradee, on the ta part, again Elin of Tulloch' and Alexander Irwin of Beldy, on the tother part, tuiching certane gudis takin be the said Elin for the malis of the thrid of the landis of Rede Myr' clamyt be the said Elin, baithe the said partiis beand summond to compere withe thair evidentis and richtis that thai wald use in the said mater, and comperand the said Alexander personali and the said Elin be hir procuraturis and the said Alexander Irwin of Beldys beand absent, thaire evidentis, richtis, resones and allegaciouns at lenthe sene, herd and understandin, the lordis auditouris of complaintis decretis and delivers that the gudis and silver takin be the said Elin or Alexander for the terce and thrid of the said landis of Redemir' salbe restorit and deliverit again to the said Alexander in sa fer as he may prufe before the schiref is takin be thaim, and that scho sall have na dale nor entermeting with the terce of the said landis in tyme tocum.

In the actione and cause persewit be Johne the Lile of Ardadda[n] and his procuratouris agains Thomas Hall, anent the ressavyng of a soume of mone for the redemption and outquiting of the landis of Lechland and productione and schewin of certan charteris and confirmacions of the inpigneracioune of the said landis had be the said Thomas as was allegit, the said Thomas beand oft tymez callit and nocht comperand, the lord auditouris decretis and deliueris that the said Thomas sal compere before the schirref of Ra[n]frew, his juge ordinare, apoune xv dayez warning til a court tobe set til him, and thare that day the said schiref sal peremptourly minister justice betuix the said partis as aferis, and lettres tobe direct thareapoune, and to summond Richerd Hal to compere before the said schirref the said day to depone, like as he was summond of before under payn of rebellioune and puttin to the horne, and fra that he have deponit, for his contempcioune done agan oure soveran lordis mandment, that the schirref charge the said Richerd to enter furthwith in ward in the castel of Blaknes, thair to reman quhil he be fred be the king under the said payn of rebellioune and puttin to the horne.
