Transcript of a letter allegedly made at Perth in parliament on 17 March 1425. The letter is contained in one of MS sources for Walter Bower's Scotichronicon (Edinburgh University Library), dated at Perth on 17 March 1425. The text of the letter relates to reformation of monastic houses. The letter does not read convincingly as a parliamentary act, and may relate more to Bower's literary objectives.
