An act passed in favour of Sir Thomas Hamilton of Preston concerning the making up of his writs that were burnt.

Act passed rescinding [George Gordon], marquis of Huntly's forfeiture voted and unanimously approved.

Act passed rescinding [Angus MacDonald of] Largie's forfeiture.

Act passed rescinding [Sir John Gordon of] Haddo's forfeiture, but the act to lie until Haddo gives under his hand not to question any persons for anything they have received of his rents or estate.
