His majesty and estates of parliament appoint Sir Robert Moray, justice clerk, his oath of faithful administration as one of his majesty's privy council to be taken, whereupon the said Sir Robert, being present, made faith for faithful administration therein.

Ratification of an act of the committee of estates in favour of Sir Archibald Primrose passed, and thereafter Sir Archibald gave his oath for faithful administration as clerk to the privy council and his gift thereof ratified.
