†The king's majesty and parliament give warrant to [Colonel James Wemyss], general of the artillery, to pass to Wemyss to seize upon such arms and ammunition as are in the English ship which is brought in there, and to secure them, and remit to the committee for the military affairs to give him his dispatch this afternoon, and to meet for that effect.
