His majesties' high commissioner and the estates of parliament, understanding that ther are some necessary occasions requireing the justice court to meet, they doe authorize and allow the commissioners of his majesties' justitiary to meet and proceid in maters depending before them, notwithstanding of the sitting of the parliament, and lykways they authorize the lords of exchequer to meet upon Wednisday nixt.
His majesties' high commissioner adjournes the parliament untill Fryday nixt at ten a clock in the foirnoon and appoints the lords of the articles to meet upon Wednisday at nyne a clock.
