The fourth session of the second parlaiment of King Charles the second, halden at Edinburgh, the tuelff day of November 1673, be his grace John, duke of Lauderdale, marques of Marche, earle of Lauderdail, viscount Maitland, lord Thirlestane, Mussilburgh and Bolton, his majesties' commissioner, be vertue of his majesties' commission, under the great seale, produced and registrat the first day of the first session of this parliament, with consent of the estates of parliament.
