The vacand stipend of the parish off Blair for the yeere 1672 allowed to the Lord Atholl for repairing of the kirk.
The vacand stipend of the kirk of Eli for the yeeres 1671 and 1672 given to Ardrose for repairing the kirk and manse.
A warrand to the earl of Wigton for uplifting 4 pennies scots of everie ox, horse or kow; and foure pennies for everie ten sheep; and 8 pennys for everie loadned cart passing at the water or bridge of Kirkintulloch for the space of fyve yeeres; to be imployd for defraying the charges of repairing that bridge and keeping it up.
The laird of Glenurqhie, intending to build a bridge over the river of Tay, neere the mouth therof, is to find caution for that end, and the bridge being built, is warranted to raise for everie loadned horse, 8 pennys; for everie horse, cow or soume of sheep, 4 d.; and for everie person on foot with a burden, tuo pennies, for the space of threttie yeeres.
A warrand to the Lord Newbotle to raise 4 pennies scots for everie horse and load which sall passe at the bridges or fuirds besyds the same on the water of Newbotle, for the space of elleven yeeres.

The laird of Durie's former faires at Leven changed frome the 23 of Apryle to the 15 of Marche, and tuo new faires granted, one on the Tuesday before Whytsonday, and the other on the 15 of December.
A weeklie mercat on Thursday and three faires in the yeere, the first on Tuesday after Whytsonday, the second on the 5 of July, and the thrid on the 27 of September, to be keept at the town and kirk of Lainfarmacus.
The mercat day of Eli changed from Sunday to Tuesday and three yeerlie faires, the one on the 13 of January and the other on the 7 of July, and the thrid on the 20 of October to be kept be Ardrose at the toun of Eli.
Warrand to Edzell for tuo faires yeerlie at the mylntoun of Glenesk, on the first Tuesday of May and 13 day of July.
A faire granted to Glenurqhie to be kept yeerlie at the kirk of Dysert on the 15 of October.
Tuo faires granted to Haddo to be kept at the toun of Kellie, on the first Tuesday of June and second Tuesday of August, either of thame to continow three dayes, with a weeklie mercat on Saterday.
